How do I see what modules I have completed?
To view which modules you have completed, click the My learning menu and select Record of learning.
How do I access my certificate of completion?
For the ICD-10-AM/ACHI/ACS Twelfth Edition Education learning stream:
To generate the certificate of completion you must complete all the education modules, including the ICD-10-AM/ACHI/ACS Twelfth Edition introduction module, and pass every quiz with a 100% pass mark. After 5 minutes, IHACPA Learn will generate the certificate in your Record of Learning.
For the AR-DRG V11.0 Education learning stream:
To generate the certificate of completion for the AR-DRG V11.0 fundamentals module, you must complete the AR-DRG introduction module and the AR-DRG V11.0 fundamentals module.
To generate the certificate of completion for the AR-DRG V11.0 refinements modules, you must complete the AR-DRG introduction module, the AR-DRG V11.0 specific refinements module, and the AR-DRG V11.0 standard refinements and overview module.
After 5 minutes, IHACPA Learn will generate the certificate in your Record of Learning.
To access a certificate of completion for any learning stream, select the My learning menu and then click Record of Learning. You should see a line for “*Certificate of Completion – [Learning stream name]” – complete the survey to inform IHACPA of any feedback you have on the education and then click to see your Certificate of Completion.
Do I need to register a new account even though I have an account on the Australian Classification Exchange (ACE) website?
Yes. You must register your details on IHACPA Learn – you are able to use the same login details as ACE but as these systems are not connected you must update your details in both.

Yes. Go to the Australian Classification Exchange (ACE) webpage and lodge an education query. Please note that only frequently asked questions are published.
I have a question about general classification guidelines for ICD-10-AM/ACHI/ACS – can I submit a query?
No. IHACPA’s policy on receiving classification queries (outside of the education module content) is via the jurisdictional coding advisory committees. The process is outlined on the Australian Classification Exchange (ACE) website.
Can I use these education modules for my professional credentialling?
Completion
of the ICD-10-AM/ACHI/ACS Twelfth Edition education modules attracts 20 CPD points
in HIMAA’s
professional credentialing scheme.
Users are encouraged to follow up with their own professional credentialling
body to determine if the education modules qualify for credentialling points.
Do I have to complete all of the modules at the one time?
No, using your login you can move through the modules at your own pace.
Can I download and print the modules?
No. Modules are designed to be completed online.
Why do the words ‘Complete via rpl’ display against certain modules in my Record of Learning?
This was a fix required due to a technical issue with some modules that occurred after the rebranded modules were reloaded. This still records the modules as being completed and has no effect upon accessing your certificate again if required.
How do I reset my password?
On the Log In screen, select the Forgot username or password option and follow the prompts to reset your password.
